IHFA’s CEO

Natalie Raz holds an Investment Advisory License and brings extensive professional knowledge along with over 20 years of experience in the Israeli capital market. Natalie has a BA and MBA in Business Administration, majoring in finance.

Throughout her career, Natalie has held a number of diverse key positions in banks and investment houses, first as an analyst and economist at Bank Leumi, and then held a series of management positions in the alternative investment industry.

Natalie headed a subsidiary of a publicly listed company that specialized in the development, structuring and marketing of alternative investments, and served in a number of management roles at Excellence Nessuah Investment House, where she led the initial public offering of Excellence KESEM ETNs and the public offering of structured debt notes.

On a more personal note, with all the experience and knowledge I have gained, which perfectly aligns with the fascinating hedge fund world that is increasingly growing into a significant industry, both locally and globally, I aim to continue driving the hedge fund industry forward, focusing on the regulatory aspect and its nuances, expanding and enriching the professional knowledge possessed by the industry players, and enhancing public understanding of hedge funds.
